The author of seven books in the women's self-help and health and wellness fields, including We Carry Each Other: Getting Through Life's Toughest Times; My Family: Collected Memories; and Gifts with Heart. She lives in the Chicago suburbs with her children.

Nina Lesowitz is a gratitude practitioner in the San Francisco Bay Area. A volunteer for literacy organizations, she also runs Spinergy Group which represents authors and corporate clients as well as non profits. The recipient of numerous awards and tributes including a national award for excellence in media relations, Nina is the coauthor of the best-selling book, The Party Girl Cookbook. Great Journal

Got the wrong book, but this one is OK. Wanted the book titled "Living Life as a Thank You." Got journal version instead.

Marked this book average just because I got the wrong book. This book looks like it will be helpful so I decided to keep it. Some better differentiation between titles would have been helpful and/or grouping this one with the original book would have been good as well. To me it was confusing the way these books are listed, and hard to tell which book was published first.

I got this as I had received "Living Life as a Thank You" as a gift and I LOVED it. The journal extends the philosophy and goes really deep with very thoughtful questions and suggestions on how to have an attitude of gratitude. I can tell I learned a lot about myself and how to be a better person from the process this workbook took me though. I highly recommend if. As the authors say, "don't just go through it, GROW though it."
